Compatibility

This JETech case is exclusively designed for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 11 Inch (2023 model). It is not compatible with other tablet models, including the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ (12.4 Inch) or the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE (10.9 Inch).

Setup

1. Installing Your Tablet

1. Gently align your Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 11 Inch with the TPU back shell of the case.
2. Press the tablet firmly into the case, ensuring all edges and corners are securely seated within the flexible TPU material.
3. Verify that all cutouts for ports, buttons, and speakers are correctly aligned and accessible.

2. Using the S Pen Holder

• The case features a dedicated slot on the back for your S Pen. This slot allows for magnetic pairing and charging of the S Pen.
• To store the S Pen, simply place it into the designated slot.
• To retrieve the S Pen, push it out via the small slot provided at the bottom of the holder.

Operating Features

1. Auto Wake/Sleep Function

• The case is equipped with built-in magnets that support the automatic wake/sleep function of your tablet.

• Auto Wake/Sleep Not Working: Ensure your tablet is fully seated in the case and that the front cover is closing completely. Check your tablet's settings to confirm the 'Smart Cover' or 'Flip Cover' function is enabled.
