The compressor features a hollow metal shell and aluminum cylinder for efficient heat dissipation, along with four anti-vibrate rubber feet for stability during operation.

Setup

  1. Position the Compressor: Place the air compressor on a stable, flat surface near the tire(s) to be inflated. Ensure it is not in direct sunlight or on a surface that could impede airflow for cooling.
  2. Connect to Vehicle Battery: Open your vehicle's hood. Connect the red positive (+) clamp of the 6.5ft heavy power cord to the positive terminal of your vehicle's battery. Connect the black negative (-) clamp to the negative terminal of the battery. Ensure the connections are secure.
  3. Start Vehicle Engine: Start your vehicle's engine. This provides sufficient power to the compressor and prevents draining your vehicle's battery.
  4. Connect Air Hose: Connect one end of the 26ft rubber air hose to the air outlet of the compressor. Connect the other end of the air hose to the digital tire inflator.
  5. Attach to Tire Valve: Attach the thumb lock adapter of the digital tire inflator to the tire valve stem. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.

Operating Instructions

  1. Turn On Compressor: Locate the power switch on the air compressor and turn it to the "ON" position. The digital display on the inflator will illuminate, showing the current tire pressure.
  2. Inflate Tire: To begin inflation, hold the handle of the digital inflator. The compressor will start pumping air into the tire. The digital gauge will show the pressure increasing.
  3. Monitor Pressure: Continuously monitor the pressure reading on the digital gauge. For accurate readings, it is recommended to briefly release the handle to pause inflation and get a stable reading.
  4. Stop Inflation: Once the desired tire pressure is reached, release the handle of the digital inflator to stop the airflow. Turn off the power switch on the compressor.
  5. Disconnect: Disconnect the thumb lock adapter from the tire valve stem. Then, disconnect the air hose from the inflator and the compressor. Finally, disconnect the battery clamps from the vehicle battery.
  6. Adjusting Pressure: If you over-inflate the tire, the digital inflator features a pressure release button. Press this button to slowly release air until the desired pressure is achieved.

The compressor is designed for quick inflation, capable of inflating 35-inch off-road tires in less than 4 minutes, with a maximum air flow of 200 L/Min (7.06 ft³/min).

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ALL-TOP Air Compressor:

  • Cleaning: After each use, especially in dusty or muddy environments, wipe down the compressor and hoses with a damp cloth. Ensure the sand-proof power switch is free of debris.
  • Cooling: Always allow the compressor to cool down completely before storing it in its carrying bag. The aluminum cylinder is designed for better heat dissipation, but proper cooling time is crucial.
  • Hose and Cable Inspection: Periodically inspect the rubber air hose and power cord for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace if necessary.
  • Storage: Store the compressor in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided carrying bag for organized storage and protection.
  • Air Filter: Check the air filter regularly for cleanliness. A clogged filter can reduce performance. Clean or replace as needed.

Troubleshooting
