To clean your keyboard:

  • Disconnect the keyboard from your computer.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with a small amount of water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe down the keycaps and case.

  2. Removing Switches: Use a switch puller (not included, but often comes with replacement switches) to carefully unclip and pull out the switch.
  3. Installing Switches: Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB and press down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure pins are not bent.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding: Ensure the keyboard is charged. Check the connection mode (wired, 2.4G, Bluetooth) and ensure it matches your device's connection. For wired, try a different USB port or cable. For wireless, ensure the dongle is properly inserted or Bluetooth is paired.
  • Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try reseating the keycap and switch. If the issue persists, the switch may need replacement due to the hot-swappable design.
  • Bluetooth connection issues: Ensure the keyboard is in pairing mode. Remove the keyboard from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair. Ensure no other devices are interfering.
  • RGB lights not working: Check lighting control key combinations. Ensure the keyboard has sufficient power.
  • Factory Reset: If you experience persistent issues or unexpected behavior, you can perform a factory reset by pressing Fn + Backspace. Note that this will revert all settings to default.
