1. Product Overview

The LaserPecker LP4 is a portable dual-laser engraver designed for high-precision engraving and cutting on a wide range of materials. It features both an IR laser (1064nm) for metals and plastics, and a blue diode laser (450nm) for wood, acrylic, leather, and more. With 8K resolution and fast engraving speeds, it's suitable for both hobbyists and small businesses.

2. Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when operating the LaserPecker LP4. Failure to follow safety guidelines can result in serious injury.

Wear Protective Goggles: Always wear the provided safety goggles during operation to protect your eyes from laser radiation.
Use Protective Shield: Ensure the protective shield is properly attached and covers the engraving area to contain laser light and fumes.
Ventilation: Operate the device in a well-ventilated area or use an air purifier to manage fumes and smoke produced during engraving.
Emergency Stop: Familiarize yourself with the emergency stop button and its location.
Supervision: Never leave the machine unattended during operation.
Material Compatibility: Only engrave materials recommended by LaserPecker. Engraving incompatible materials can produce hazardous fumes or damage the device.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your LaserPecker LP4:

Place the baseplate and electric stand on a clean, flat surface.
Match the electric stand to the top of the base plate in the proper orientation.
Turn the two aligned parts over together.
Firmly attach the stand to the base plate by inserting and tightening 4 screws with the hexagonal wrench.
Turn the assembled Electric Stand over and place it on a flat surface.
Align the Laser Unit with the bracket on the Electric Stand.
Secure it by tightening the knob of the bolt embedded in the bracket.
