3. Product Overview

3.1 Speaker Unit

The main speaker unit features a compact design with a handle for portability. It houses the primary controls, connectivity ports, and the LED disco light dome.

  • Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off.
  • Mode Button: Short press to switch between Bluetooth, TF Card, AUX, and FM modes.
  • Volume Controls: Buttons for increasing or decreasing speaker volume.
  • LED Light Button: Press to cycle through different LED light modes or turn them off.
  • USB-C Port: For charging the speaker.
  • AUX-IN Port: For connecting external audio devices via the AUX cable.
  • TF Card Slot: For playing music directly from a TF (MicroSD) card.

3.2 Wireless Microphones

The two wireless microphones are designed for ease of use and automatically connect to the speaker. Each microphone includes:

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the speaker and both microphones.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's USB-C port and to a standard USB power adapter (not included).
  2. The charging indicator light on the speaker will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
  3. For the microphones, connect them individually to a USB power source using their respective charging ports. The indicator light will show charging status.

A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours for the speaker and 1-2 hours for the microphones.

4.2 Initial Power On and Microphone Pairing

  1. Press and hold the Power Button on the speaker unit for 2-3 seconds to turn it on. You will hear an audible prompt.
  2. Turn on each wireless microphone by pressing and holding its Power Button. The microphones will automatically pair with the speaker. A successful connection is indicated by a stable light on the microphone.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Bluetooth Connection

The speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode upon power-on if no other mode is selected.

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (indicated by a flashing blue light or audible prompt).
  2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Momoho B21" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the Bluetooth indicator light will become solid.

5.2 TF Card Playback

  1. Insert a TF (MicroSD) card with MP3 audio files into the TF card slot on the speaker.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to TF card mode and begin playing music. If not, press the Mode Button to select TF card mode.

5.3 AUX Input

  1. Connect one end of the provided AUX cable to the AUX-IN port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end of the AUX cable to the audio output jack of your external device (e.g., TV, DVD player, computer).
  3. Press the Mode Button on the speaker to select AUX mode.

5.4 FM Radio

  1. Press the Mode Button repeatedly until you enter FM radio mode.
  2. To automatically scan for and save available FM stations, press and hold the Play/Pause Button (if available, otherwise refer to specific button on your unit).
  3. Use the Previous/Next Track Buttons to navigate between saved stations.

5.5 Recording Function

The speaker supports recording your singing. Ensure a TF card is inserted to save recordings.

  1. While playing music (e.g., via Bluetooth or TF card), press the Record Button (if available, otherwise refer to specific button on your unit) to start recording.
  2. Sing into the microphone.
  3. Press the Record Button again to stop and save the recording.

5.6 Voice Effects

Each wireless microphone features 6 different voice effects:

  • Reverb
  • Baby Voice
  • Original Voice
  • Monster Voice
  • Male Voice
  • Female Voice

To change the voice effect, short press the Voice Effect Button on the microphone. Cycle through the effects until you find your desired one.

5.7 LED Light Modes

The speaker features dynamic LED disco lights with multiple modes.

  1. Press the LED Light Button on the speaker to turn on the lights.
  2. Continue pressing the button to cycle through the available light modes (6 built-in modes and RGB effects).
  3. Press the button again to turn off the lights.

5.8 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Function

If you have two Momoho B21 units, you can connect them wirelessly for a true stereo sound experience.

  1. Ensure both B21 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one of the speakers (this will be the primary unit), press and hold the TWS Button (if available, otherwise refer to specific button on your unit) until you hear a pairing prompt.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. A confirmation sound will indicate successful pairing.
  4. Once paired, connect your mobile device to the primary B21 speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 5.1. Audio will now play through both speakers in stereo.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe the speaker and microphones with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents, as these may damage the surface.
  • Avoid getting moisture into any openings.

6.2 Storage

  • Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3 months to prolong battery life.

6.3 Battery Care

  • Do not expose the battery to excessive heat, such as direct sunlight or fire.
  • Use only the provided charging cable or a certified USB-C cable for charging.
  • Avoid completely draining the battery frequently, as this can reduce its lifespan.
