Important Safety Information

Battery Safety: This product requires 4 AAA batteries (not included). Always use new batteries of the same type. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries. Insert batteries with correct polarity (+/-). Remove exhausted batteries promptly. Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Choking Hazard: Small parts may be present. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to potential choking hazards.
Antenna: The antenna is fixed and should not be removed or bent excessively.
Water Resistance: This product is not water resistant. Avoid exposure to water or moisture.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

Locate the battery compartment on the back of each walkie talkie unit.
Using a small Phillips head screwdriver (not included), unscrew the battery compartment cover.
Insert 2 AAA batteries into each unit, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
Replace the battery compartment cover and tighten the screw.

2. Powering On/Off

Locate the ON/OFF switch on the back of each walkie talkie unit (next to the battery compartment).
Slide the switch to the "ON" position to power on the unit. A red indicator light will illuminate.
Slide the switch to the "OFF" position to power off the unit. The red indicator light will turn off.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Communication

Ensure both walkie talkie units are powered on.
To speak, press and hold the "Talk Button" located on the side of the unit. Speak clearly into the microphone.
Release the "Talk Button" to listen for a response.
Both units must be on the same frequency to communicate. These walkie talkies operate on a single, fixed channel for simplicity.

2. Range and Clarity

The walkie talkies offer an extended range of up to 500 feet under ideal conditions.
Performance may vary based on terrain, weather, electromagnetic interference, and obstructions (e.g., buildings, trees).
The static-free design helps ensure clear audio transmission.

Troubleshooting

Excessive static or interference.	Move to a different location to avoid obstructions or electromagnetic interference. Ensure units are within optimal range.
Units not communicating.	Verify both units are powered on and have fresh batteries. Ensure the "Talk Button" is pressed only on the speaking unit and released on the listening unit.
