• For the fire pit:
  • Use outdoors only in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep flammable materials at a safe distance from the fire pit.
  • Do not leave the fire pit unattended when in use.
  • Ensure the propane tank is properly connected and free of leaks before operation.
  • Allow the fire pit to cool completely before moving or covering.

Setup and Assembly

Some assembly is required for the loveseats and club chairs. The fire pit requires no assembly, only setup for operation.

Loveseat and Club Chair Assembly

1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratching.
2. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the separate assembly guide included with your hardware kit for each loveseat and club chair. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially.
3. Once all components are aligned, fully tighten all bolts using the provided tools. Do not overtighten.
4. Repeat the process for all seating units.

Fire Pit Setup

1. Carefully place the fire pit in its desired outdoor location, ensuring it is on a stable, non-flammable surface.
2. Distribute the provided lava rocks evenly into the fire pit basin, ensuring they do not cover the burner holes.
3. Place your standard size propane tank (not included) into the tank holder.
4. Connect the fire pit's gas line to the propane tank, following the instructions on the gas line and tank. Ensure a secure, leak-free connection.

Operating the Fire Pit

1. Ensure the propane tank valve is open.
2. Turn the control knob on the fire pit to the 'ON' or 'IGNITE' position.
3. Press and hold the igniter button (if present) or use a long lighter to ignite the burner.
4. Once lit, adjust the flame height using the control knob to your desired level.
5. To turn off, close the propane tank valve first, then turn the fire pit control knob to the 'OFF' position.
6. Allow the fire pit to cool completely before covering or storing.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your outdoor furniture set.

• Acacia Wood: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals. Periodically apply a wood sealant or oil to maintain its natural finish and protect against weathering.
• Polyethylene Wicker: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap and water solution. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.
• Lightweight Concrete (Fire Pit & Tank Holder): Clean with a soft cloth and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that could scratch the surface.
• General: Cover the furniture set when not in use for extended periods or during inclement weather to protect it from the elements. Store cushions indoors when not in use.

Troubleshooting

• Fire Pit Not Igniting:
  • Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open.
