Turn the temperature control knobs to your desired setting. The indicator lights will illuminate. 5. Operating Instructions
The DOMO DO9259G features two independently controllable grilling zones, allowing you to cook different foods at their ideal temperatures simultaneously.
- Temperature Control: Each side of the grill has its own temperature control knob. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase the temperature. The range typically goes from a low setting (e.g., for vegetables or keeping warm) to a high setting (e.g., for searing meats).
- Grilling: Once the grill is pre-heated (indicator light off), place your food directly onto the appropriate grill plate.
- Use the ribbed grill plate for meats, poultry, or vegetables where grill marks are desired.
- Use the flat griddle plate for delicate items, eggs, pancakes, or as a panini press.
- Cooking Time: Cooking times will vary depending on the type and thickness of the food, as well as your desired doneness. Always ensure food is cooked thoroughly.
- Fat Management: Excess fat and juices will drain into the integrated fat drip tray. Periodically check and empty the tray during extended cooking sessions if necessary.
- After Use: Once cooking is complete, turn both temperature control knobs to the "OFF" position. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
