The XP-15's digital display provides feedback on its status and potential issues. Refer to the full user manual for a complete list of error codes and their solutions.
- No "START" Icon: Ensure clamps are correctly connected to the battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative). Check if the vehicle battery voltage is too low for a standard jump-start, and consider using the "Forced Start" mode if applicable.
- Error Code Displayed: Consult the user manual for the specific meaning of any displayed error codes and recommended troubleshooting steps.
- Unit Not Charging: Verify that the USB-C cable and power adapter are functioning correctly and properly connected.
- Air Compressor Not Inflating: Check that the inflator tube is securely attached to both the XP-15 and the tire valve. Ensure the desired pressure is set and the compressor is activated.
