Maintenance

Cleaning the Solar Panel

To maintain optimal efficiency, regularly clean the surface of the solar panel. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away dust, dirt, and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the panel's surface. The IP67 waterproof rating ensures durability against water and dust exposure.

Storage

When not in use, fold the solar panel and store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The magnetic handle and compact design facilitate easy storage and transport.

Troubleshooting

  • No Power Output:
    • Ensure the solar panel is exposed to direct sunlight.
    • Check all cable connections for secure fit.
    • Verify that the connected power station or device is compatible and functioning correctly.
  • Low Power Output:
    • Adjust the panel's angle using the kickstands to optimize sun exposure.
    • Clean the panel surface to remove any dirt or obstructions.
    • Ensure no shadows are cast on the panel.
  • Overheating:
    • While the panel is designed for outdoor use, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat without proper ventilation.
