5. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, your Aeitto Cold Press Juicer is ready for use. Ensure the power cord is plugged into a grounded outlet.
5.1 Preparing Ingredients
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For optimal results and to prevent clogging, cut ingredients into smaller pieces that fit comfortably into the feed chute. Remove hard pits, large seeds, or thick peels (e.g., citrus rinds) before juicing.

Figure 5.1: The wide and dual feed chute design, measuring 83mm (3.3 inches), allows for processing whole fruits and reduces preparation time.

Figure 5.2: A top-down view of the dual chute, showing the wider opening for whole fruits and the narrower opening for long vegetables like celery.
5.2 Juicing Process
- Press the 'ON' button on the control panel to start the juicer.
- Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher only when necessary to guide ingredients down. Do not force ingredients.
- The juicer will automatically separate the juice into the juice cup and the pulp into the pulp container.
- For continuous juicing, ensure the juice outlet cap is open. To mix juices or prevent drips, close the cap.

5.3 Reverse Function
If ingredients get clogged or stuck during juicing, press and hold the 'REV' (Reverse) button. This will reverse the auger's rotation to clear the blockage. Release the button to stop, then press 'ON' to resume normal juicing.

5.4 Juice and Pulp Separation
The juicer is designed for efficient separation, ensuring your juice is smooth and pulp-free, while the dry pulp is collected separately. This maintains the original flavor and reduces sediment.
