1. Introduction

The ALTSON Magnetic RGB LED Video Light is a compact and versatile lighting solution designed for photography and videography. 3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

• Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the side of the light.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).

3.2 Mounting Options

The light offers flexible mounting options:

• 1/4" Screw Thread: Attach the light to any standard photography stand, tripod, or monopod using the 1/4" screw nut at the bottom.
• Cold Shoe Mounts: Use the integrated cold shoe adapter to mount the light directly onto a DSLR camera, camcorder, or other accessories with a cold shoe. The three additional cold shoe mounts on the sides allow for connecting multiple lights together for enhanced lighting effects.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of the device. Slide it to the 'ON' position to power on the light, and to the 'OFF' position to power it off.

4.2 Mode Selection (CCT, RGB, Scene)

The LED light features two primary modes: Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) and RGB, along with 13 special scene effects.

• Switching Modes: Press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through CCT Mode, RGB Mode, and Scene Effect Mode.

4.3 CCT Mode Operation

In CCT Mode, you can adjust the color temperature and brightness.

• Adjusting Color Temperature: Use the adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) to change the color temperature from 2500K (warm) to 9000K (cold).
• Adjusting Brightness: Press the 'S' (Select) button to switch to brightness adjustment. Then, use the adjustment buttons to set the brightness from 0% to 100%.

4.4 RGB Mode Operation

In RGB Mode, you can select from 360° full colors and adjust their brightness.

• Adjusting Hue: Use the adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) to select a hue value from 0° to 359°. The display shows a standard HSV color model mapping.
• Adjusting Brightness: Press the 'S' (Select) button to switch to brightness adjustment. Then, use the adjustment buttons to set the brightness from 0% to 100%.

4.5 Scene Effect Mode

The light offers 13 pre-programmed scene effects for creative lighting scenarios.

• Selecting Scene Effects: In Scene Effect Mode, use the adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) to cycle through the 13 available effects.
• Adjusting Brightness: Press the 'S' (Select) button to switch to brightness adjustment. Then, use the adjustment buttons to set the brightness from 0% to 100%.

5. Maintenance

• Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
