4. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your MAONOCASTER AMC2 NEO, consider the following:
- No Audio Output/Input: Ensure all cables (XLR, 3.5mm, USB-C) are securely connected. Verify that the mixer is recognized as an audio device on your computer (Maonocaster C2 Neo). Check volume and gain levels on the mixer.
- Static in Stream Out: Some users have reported static in the Stream Out. Ensure proper cable connections and try different cables if possible.
- Voice Clipping/Dropouts with Noise Reduction: If using high noise reduction settings, your voice might sound choppy or have parts cut off. Adjust the noise reduction level or speak closer to the microphone.
- Latency with Direct Monitoring: Some latency may be noticeable with direct monitoring. This is common with digital audio interfaces. Adjust monitoring preferences in your software if it interferes with your workflow.
- Power Issues: The device requires two USB-C connections for full functionality (one for power, one for data). Ensure both are connected if experiencing power-related issues.
