Wiring Guide

The Kasa Smart Dimmer Switch is designed to replace traditional single-pole switches. It supports max 600W Incandescent/LED/CFL bulbs. A neutral wire is required. Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about wiring.

Three-step app-guided installation process: 1) Turn off circuit breaker, remove old switch, label wires. 2) Turn on circuit breaker, use voltage detector to identify Line wire, turn off breaker, label Line and Load wires. 3) Connect wires to smart dimmer switch.
