Introduction

The Sharper Image Robot Combat Set offers an exciting two-player remote control robot battling experience. Setup

Battery Installation

Before operating your robots, batteries must be installed in both the robots and their respective remote controls.

  • Each robot requires 3 x AA batteries (not included).
  • Each remote control requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included).
  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of each robot and on the back of each remote control.
  2. Using a small Phillips head screwdriver, open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert the required batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

Powering On and Pairing

Once batteries are installed, turn on each robot and its corresponding remote control. The robots and remotes are designed to pair automatically via infrared technology. Ensure the remote is pointed towards the robot during initial power-up and during play for optimal connection.

Operating Instructions

Basic Movement and Combat

The robots feature fluid rolling motion and responsive controls for dynamic battles.

  • Movement: Use the directional controls on the remote to move your robot forward, backward, and turn.
  • Punching: Utilize the dedicated punch buttons on the remote to deliver left jabs, right hooks, and combination attacks.
  • Winning: A robot is defeated when its head pops up or it is knocked over. Reset the robot to continue playing.
