Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB charging cable.
- The indicator light on the case will show charging status. A full charge typically takes a few hours. A 10-minute quick charge provides approximately 2 hours of playback.
2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed in the charging case.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light on the earbuds.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "STF ICON" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing, and the earbud lights will turn off or flash slowly.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Earbuds not pairing or connecting:

- Place earbuds back in the case, close it, wait a few seconds, then open it again to reset pairing mode.
One earbud has no sound:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often re-syncs them.

Poor sound quality:
- Ensure the earbuds are clean and free of debris.
