5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Camera

Before first use, fully charge the camera. Connect the provided USB cable to the camera's charging port and to a USB power source (e.g., computer, laptop, power bank, or wall charger). The camera has a built-in 3000 mAh lithium battery.

5.2 Micro SD Card Installation

The camera supports Micro SD cards for local storage (card not included). Locate the Micro SD card slot on the camera body. Gently insert the Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.

5.3 App Installation and WiFi Connection

To enable remote viewing and advanced features, install the dedicated mobile application on your smartphone and connect the camera to your WiFi network.

1. Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide (if available) or search for the recommended app name in your smartphone's app store.
2. Power On: Turn on the camera. It will start broadcasting a WiFi hotspot.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Recording Modes

The camera supports multiple recording modes, both with and without WiFi connectivity:

• Working with WiFi:
  • Phone Recording Mode: Click the record button in the app to save video directly to your phone.
  • Alarm Recording Mode: The camera records automatically when motion is detected and sends an alert to your phone.
• Working Without WiFi (Requires Micro SD card):
  • Full-time Recording Mode: The camera records continuously, overwriting older footage when the card is full.
  • Timed Recording Mode: Set specific time periods for the camera to record.

6.2 Motion Detection

The camera features intelligent motion detection. When movement is detected, the camera will automatically begin recording and send an alarm notification to your connected mobile phone. This helps conserve storage space by only recording relevant events.

6.4 Remote Viewing and Playback
