Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer support, please refer to the following troubleshooting guide for common issues.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on. | No power supply. Power cord not securely plugged in. Water tank full or not properly seated. | Check power outlet. Ensure power cord is firmly plugged in. Empty water tank and ensure it is correctly reinserted. |
| No water collected. | Room humidity is already low. Temperature is too low (below 5°C/41°F). Air filter is clogged. Continuous drainage hose is connected and working. | Increase desired humidity setting or wait for humidity to rise. The unit may not operate efficiently in very cold conditions. Clean the air filter. Check if water is draining continuously. |
| Unit is noisy. | Unit is not on a level surface. Air filter is clogged. Fan speed is set to high. | Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Clean the air filter. Select a lower fan speed or Sleep Mode. |
| Frost on coils. | Operating in low temperatures. | The unit has an automatic defrost function. Allow it to complete the defrost cycle. Do not attempt to manually remove frost. |
| Dehumidifier runs continuously. | Set to Continuous Mode. Desired humidity level is very low or room humidity is very high. | Change mode to Auto. Adjust desired humidity to a higher, more realistic level. |
