1.2. Mounting Options
The monitor mount offers two installation methods: C-clamp and Grommet Base. Choose the option best suited for your desk.
- C-Clamp: Suitable for desk thicknesses between 0.39 inches and 3.3 inches. This method clamps the mount to the edge of your desk.
- Grommet Base: Suitable for desk thicknesses between 0.39 inches and 1.6 inches. This method requires a pre-existing hole in your desk.

Figure 2: Illustration of the C-clamp and Grommet Base mounting methods, highlighting compatible desk thickness ranges.
Important: Ensure your desk surface is protected. The provided foam pads may be minimal. Consider adding additional padding to prevent marring, especially with heavy monitors or frequent adjustments.
1.3. Attaching VESA Plates to Monitors
Attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors using the appropriate screws from the hardware kit. The mount supports VESA patterns of 75x75mm and 100x100mm.

Figure 3: Universal compatibility details, showing maximum weight capacity of 19.8 lbs per arm, VESA mounting holes (75x75mm/100x100mm), and screen size range of 17"-32".
1.4. Assembling the Arms and Pole
Secure the main pole to your chosen desk mount. Then, slide the monitor arms onto the main pole. Ensure all connections are firm. The arms feature robust construction for stability.

Figure 4: Key dimensions of the assembled dual monitor mount, including a total width of 29.9 inches and a pole height of 16.6 inches above the desk surface.
1.5. Attaching Monitors to Arms
Carefully slide the monitors (with VESA plates attached) onto the arms. Ensure they click securely into place. Adjust the height of the arms on the pole as desired.
2. Operating
Your WALI Dual Monitor Mount is designed for flexible positioning to enhance your ergonomic setup.
2.1. Adjusting Monitor Position
The arms allow for extensive adjustments:
- Extension/Retraction: Pull or push the arms to adjust the distance of your monitors from you.
- Swivel: Swivel the monitors +/-90 degrees at the pivot points to change viewing angles.
- Rotation: Rotate monitors 180 degrees to switch between landscape and portrait modes.

Figure 5: Demonstrates the range of motion, including +/-90° swivel and tilt, allowing for optimal viewing angles.

2.2. Cable Management
Utilize the integrated cable management clips along the arms and main pole to keep your cables tidy and out of sight. This helps maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Figure 7: Cables are routed along the arms and down the central pole for a clean setup.
3. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your monitor mount.
- Tighten Bolts: Periodically check and tighten all bolts, especially those at pivot points and the desk clamp, to prevent sagging or instability. Use the provided Allen keys.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
- Inspect for Wear: Regularly inspect the mount for any signs of wear, damage, or metal fatigue, particularly at stress points.
4. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your monitor mount, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
- Monitor Sagging or Tilting: If a monitor sags or does not hold its position, the tension bolts at the arm's pivot points or the VESA plate connection may need to be tightened. Use the appropriate Allen key to increase tension until the monitor holds its desired angle.
- Desk Surface Marring: The mount's clamp or base may cause marks on your desk surface over time. It is recommended to use additional, thicker padding between the mount and your desk to prevent damage.
- Overall Instability: Ensure the C-clamp or Grommet Base is securely fastened to a sturdy desk. A wobbly desk or an improperly tightened mount can lead to instability.
