Setup and Assembly
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Attach Handle: Securely attach the crank handle to the top shaft of the grinder.
- Adjust Grind Setting:
- Locate the adjustment nut at the bottom of the burr assembly.
- Rotate the nut clockwise for a finer grind and anti-clockwise for a coarser grind.
- Refer to the 'Operating Instructions' section for recommended settings.

Operating Instructions
- Add Coffee Beans: Open the top lid and pour your desired amount of whole coffee beans into the hopper. The grinder has a capacity of 25g.
- Grind: Place the lid back on and attach the crank handle. Hold the grinder firmly and turn the handle clockwise to begin grinding.
- Collect Grounds: Once grinding is complete, unscrew the bottom catch cup to retrieve your freshly ground coffee.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Disassembly: Unscrew the bottom catch cup and carefully remove the burr assembly components.
- Brush Cleaning: Use the included cleaning brush to remove any residual coffee grounds from the burrs and internal components.
- Important: Do NOT wash the grinder with water. Water can damage the burrs and internal mechanisms.
- Reassembly: Reassemble the grinder by carefully placing all components back in their original positions and screwing the catch cup back on.

Troubleshooting
- Inconsistent Grind: Ensure the adjustment nut is securely tightened to your desired setting. Check for any trapped coffee beans between the burrs.
- Difficulty Grinding: If the handle is hard to turn, the grind setting might be too fine for the beans. Adjust to a coarser setting. Ensure the burrs are clean and free of obstructions.
- Static Buildup: A small amount of static is normal. To reduce static, lightly mist the coffee beans with water before grinding (Ross Droplet Technique).
