Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge both batteries. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the battery's input port and a compatible 5V/2A USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator lights on the battery will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 4 to 5 hours.

Operating Instructions
Once the batteries are connected to your heated gloves, you can control the heat settings using the glove's integrated control button. The battery provides power for approximately 2.5 to 10 hours, depending on the selected heat level.
Heat Levels and Duration:
- High Mode: Provides a temperature range of 55-65°C (131-149°F) for approximately 3-4 hours.
- Medium Mode: Provides a temperature range of 50-55°C (122-131°F) for approximately 4-5 hours.
- Low Mode: Provides a temperature range of 40-45°C (104-113°F) for approximately 5-6 hours.
Refer to your heated glove's manual for specific instructions on how to cycle through the heat settings using its control button.

Maintenance
- Charging: Always use the provided charging cable or a compatible 5V/2A Type-C charger. Avoid using damaged cables or chargers.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the batteries in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to charge the batteries to about 50% capacity before long-term storage.
- Cleaning: Wipe the battery surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or immerse the battery in water.
- Disposal: Dispose of lithium-ion batteries responsibly according to local regulations. Do not dispose of them with household waste.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Battery not charging.
- Solution:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the battery and the power source.
- Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and provides 5V/2A output.
- Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
- Check for any visible damage to the battery or charging port.
- Problem: Heated gloves not turning on or heating inconsistently.
- Solution:
- Ensure the battery is fully charged.
- Verify that the battery is securely connected to the glove's power cable.
- Check if the glove's power button is pressed correctly to activate heating.
- If only one glove is affected, try swapping batteries between gloves to identify if the issue is with the battery or the glove itself.
- Problem: Battery life is shorter than expected.
- Solution:
- Battery life varies significantly with the heat setting. Higher heat settings consume more power and reduce operating time.
- Ensure the battery is fully charged before each use.
- Extreme cold temperatures can temporarily reduce battery performance.
- Over time, all rechargeable batteries experience a decrease in capacity.
Safety Information
- Do not disassemble, puncture, or modify the battery.
- Avoid exposing the battery to water, fire, or extreme temperatures (above 60°C / 140°F or below -20°C / -4°F).
- Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If the battery shows signs of swelling, leakage, or damage, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it properly.
