4. Operating Instructions
The VEVOR Storage Shelving Unit is designed for versatile use and can be configured in multiple ways to suit your storage needs.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shelving unit.
- Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame and MDF boards with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the powder-coated finish and MDF.
- Inspection: Periodically check all connections and anti-tipping brackets to ensure they remain secure. Tighten if necessary.
- Rust Prevention: The SPCC carbon steel frame features a powder coating for rust and scratch resistance. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to maintain this protection.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your shelving unit, refer to the following common solutions:
- Unit is Wobbly: Ensure all beams are fully seated in their respective keyholes. Tap any loose connections with the rubber hammer. Verify the unit is on a level surface and that anti-tipping brackets are securely installed.
- Shelf Boards Don't Fit: Double-check that the beams are correctly installed and that the unit's frame is square. Ensure the correct size MDF board is being used for the corresponding shelf level.
- Difficulty Assembling: Review the assembly steps carefully. Ensure components are oriented correctly. A second person can often assist in holding parts steady during initial assembly.
