When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, damage, and to keep them charged.

However, they are not designed for submersion in water, swimming, or showering. Do not expose them to pressurized water or extreme conditions.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your GOBOULT Z60 Wireless Earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Earbuds not pairing | Ensure earbuds are charged. Place them in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Forget "GOBOULT Z60" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again. |
| No sound from one earbud | Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and wait a few seconds before taking them out again. Ensure both earbuds are charged. |
| Charging case not charging | Check the USB Type-C cable and power adapter. Ensure the cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different cable or power adapter. |
| Low volume or poor sound quality | Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure eartips are properly seated in your ears for a good seal. Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles. |
| Voice assistant not responding | Ensure the earbuds are connected to your device. Check your device's settings to confirm the voice assistant is enabled and configured correctly. Perform a long press on the earbud for 2 seconds. |
