1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the OttLite Charge Up LED Desk Lamp. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your new lamp. This lamp combines advanced LED lighting with convenient wireless charging, designed to enhance your workspace or reading area with optimal illumination.

The OttLite Charge Up LED Desk Lamp features exclusive ClearSun LED Technology, which provides a balanced, natural light spectrum to reduce eyestrain. It also includes three color temperature modes, dimmable brightness, and an adjustable neck for versatile positioning.

2. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack the Lamp: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present: the lamp unit and the power adapter.
2. Position the Lamp: Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface. The base measures 4.75 inches x 6.625 inches. Ensure there is enough space around the base for wireless charging.
3. Connect Power: Insert the small end of the power adapter into the power input port located on the back of the lamp base. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Adjust Lamp Arm: The lamp features a 2-point adjustable neck. Gently adjust the lamp arm and head to your desired position. The height can be extended from 11 to 19 inches.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1. Light Functions

• Power On/Off: Lightly touch the power symbol (O) on the lamp base to turn the light on or off.
• Adjusting Brightness: With the light on, touch and hold the plus (+) or minus (-) symbols on the base to dim or brighten the light. Release when the desired brightness is reached.
• Changing Color Temperature: Tap the 'M' symbol on the base to cycle through the three available color temperature modes: Warm White, Bright White, and ClearSun Natural Daylight.

3.2. Wireless Charging

The lamp base includes a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad. To use this feature:

1. Ensure the lamp is plugged into a power outlet.
2. Place your Qi-compatible device (e.g., smartphone) directly onto the wireless charging pad located on the lamp base.
3. The device should begin charging automatically. A charging indicator on your device will confirm the connection.
4. Remove your device once fully charged or when no longer needed.

Note: Wireless charging functionality requires the lamp to be connected to power, but the lamp light does not need to be on for charging to occur.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Ensure the lamp is unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the lamp's surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
