Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using your Ninja Fit Personal Blender. Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage, personal injury, or death.
- Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
- Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands and utensils out of the blending cup while blending to prevent severe injury.
- Do not blend hot liquids, as pressure buildup may result in injury.
- Ensure the blade assembly is securely attached to the cup before placing it on the motor base.
- Do not operate the blender with an empty cup.
- Supervise children closely when any appliance is used by or near them.
Setup and Initial Use
1. Unpacking and Cleaning
Carefully remove all packaging materials from the blender. Wash the blending cups, spout lids, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
2. Component Overview

Image: The Ninja Fit Personal Blender showing its main components: the powerful motor base, a 16-oz To-Go cup, the Pro Extractor Blades® assembly, and a convenient spout lid.
- Motor Base: Contains the 700-watt motor.
- Blending Cups: Four 16-oz To-Go cups are included.
- Blade Assembly: The Pro Extractor Blades® assembly for efficient blending.
- Spout Lids: For easy on-the-go consumption.
Operating Instructions
1. Adding Ingredients
Add your desired ingredients to one of the 16-oz blending cups. Do not fill past the MAX fill line indicated on the cup. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.
2. Assembling the Cup
Place the Pro Extractor Blades® assembly onto the open end of the cup and twist clockwise until it is tightly sealed. Ensure there are no leaks.
3. Blending
- Plug the motor base into a standard electrical outlet.
- Invert the assembled cup and place it onto the motor base, aligning the tabs on the cup with the slots on the base.
- Twist the cup clockwise until you hear a click. This engages the blending mechanism.
- To blend, press down on the cup. For continuous blending, twist the cup further clockwise until it locks into place.
- For pulsing, press down on the cup in short bursts.
- Blend until desired consistency is achieved. Do not blend continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to cool for 3 minutes between cycles if blending for extended periods.
4. After Blending
Once blending is complete, twist the cup counter-clockwise to disengage and lift it off the motor base. Carefully twist the blade assembly counter-clockwise to remove it from the cup. Attach a spout lid for on-the-go convenience.
Care and Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Motor Base: Unplug the motor base before cleaning. Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
- Cups, Lids, and Blade Assembly: These parts are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher. Alternatively, wash by hand with warm, soapy water using a dish brush for the blade assembly. Handle the blade assembly with care as the blades are sharp.
- For quick cleaning, fill the cup with warm water and a drop of dish soap, attach the blade assembly, and blend for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
2. Storage
Store the blender upright with the cups and blade assembly detached. Keep the power cord neatly wrapped around the cord wrap area on the bottom of the motor base, if available.
Troubleshooting
- Blender does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Verify the cup is correctly assembled with the blade and securely twisted onto the motor base.
- Check if the thermal switch has been activated due to overheating. Unplug the unit and let it cool for at least 15 minutes before attempting to use it again.
- Ingredients are not blending smoothly:
- Ensure there is enough liquid in the cup. Add more liquid if necessary.
- Do not overfill the cup beyond the MAX fill line.
- Use the pulse function to break down larger or harder ingredients.
- If ingredients are stuck, remove the cup, shake it, and reattach to continue blending.
- Leakage from the cup:
- Ensure the blade assembly is tightly twisted onto the cup.
- Do not overfill the cup past the MAX fill line.
- Check the gasket on the blade assembly for proper placement and damage.
