2. Important Safety Information

4. Assembly and Setup

- Assemble the Base Enclosure: Begin by constructing the main litter box enclosure. Attach the side panels to the bottom and back panels using the provided hardware. Ensure the door hinges are correctly aligned.

- Attach Adjustable Feet: Secure the adjustable feet to the bottom of the enclosure. These help ensure stability on uneven surfaces.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Litter Box Enclosure Usage
- Open the double doors of the bottom cabinet to place a standard litter box inside. The cabinet measures approximately 22″ L × 17″ Depth × 15.7″ H.
- Cats can access the litter box through the side entrance (10.6″ W × 11″ H) or the internal open compartment (8″ L × 16.5″ Depth × 14″ H) which features a scratching board.
- The design helps contain litter scatter and provides privacy for your cat.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Enclosure: The wooden surfaces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For the litter box area, regular cleaning is essential to maintain hygiene.
- Cleaning Plush Surfaces: Use a lint roller or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove pet hair and debris from the plush-covered areas. Spot clean any stains with a mild pet-safe cleaner.
- Sisal Posts: The sisal rope is designed for scratching. Over time, it may fray. Regularly check the condition of the sisal posts.

7. Troubleshooting
- Unit is Wobbly:
- Ensure all screws are tightened.
- Adjust the leveling feet at the base to stabilize the unit on uneven floors.
- Verify the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface.
- Cat Not Using Litter Box Enclosure:
- Introduce your cat to the new setup gradually.
- Place a familiar item (e.g., a toy or blanket) inside the condo or on a perch.
