Important Safety Precautions
- Always ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface away from edges.
- Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.

3. Setup and First Use
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the air pot from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, stickers, and labels.
- Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
3.2 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, clean the inner pot and detachable lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Wipe the exterior of the air pot with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
3.3 Placement and Power Connection
- Place the air pot on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The LED display will illuminate.
3.4 First Use Cycle (Recommended)
To remove any manufacturing residues, it is recommended to perform a boil cycle with clean water before first consumption.
- Fill the inner pot with clean water up to the MAX fill line.
- Close the lid securely.
- Press the "Boil" function button on the control panel.
- Once the boiling cycle is complete, unplug the unit and carefully discard the water.
- Rinse the inner pot with clean water. The appliance is now ready for regular use.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Filling the Air Pot
- Ensure the air pot is unplugged before filling.
- Open the detachable lid.
- Fill the inner pot with cold water. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line to prevent overflow during boiling. Do not fill below the "MIN" line.
- Close the lid securely until it clicks into place.
4.2 Using the Functions (Boil, Dechlorinate, Keep Warm)
After filling and plugging in the unit, use the sensor touch control panel to select your desired function.
- Boil Function: Press the "Boil" button. The appliance will heat the water to boiling point (100°C). Once boiling is complete, the unit will automatically switch to the "Keep Warm" function at a default temperature.
- Dechlorinate Function: Press the "Dechlorinate" button. This function boils the water and then continues to boil for a short period to reduce chlorine content. After dechlorination, the unit will automatically switch to the "Keep Warm" function.
- Keep Warm Function:
- After boiling or dechlorinating, the unit enters "Keep Warm" mode automatically.
- To manually set a keep warm temperature, press the "Keep Warm" button. Use the temperature adjustment buttons (e.g., "+" and "-") to cycle through the 12 adjustable temperatures between 25°C and 90°C. The LED display will show the selected temperature.
- The appliance will maintain the selected temperature until manually turned off or unplugged.
4.3 Manual Dispensing System
To dispense hot water:
- Place a cup or container under the dispensing spout.
- Press and hold the "Dispense" button (or lever, depending on model design). Water will flow out.
- Release the button to stop dispensing.
- Child Lock: The air pot is equipped with a child lock feature. To dispense water, you may need to first unlock the dispensing mechanism by pressing the "Unlock" or "Child Lock" button, then proceed with dispensing. The child lock will re-engage automatically after a short period of inactivity.
4.4 Built-in Exterior Light
The built-in exterior light provides clear visibility, especially useful in low-light conditions or at night, illuminating the dispensing area.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Mayer Digital Air Pot.
5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the air pot and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Inner Pot: Remove the detachable lid. Wash the inner pot with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Lid: Wash the detachable lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse well.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air pot with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never immerse the main unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing or using again.
5.2 Descaling (Periodical Cleaning)
Mineral deposits (limescale) can build up over time, especially in hard water areas. Descale your air pot regularly (e.g., monthly or bi-monthly) to maintain efficiency.
- Fill the inner pot with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a commercial descaling solution according to product instructions.
- Allow the solution to soak for at least 30 minutes, or run a boil cycle if recommended by the descaling solution.
- Carefully discard the solution.
- Rinse the inner pot thoroughly several times with clean water to remove any residue and vinegar smell.
- Run 2-3 cycles with fresh water to ensure all descaling agent is removed before using for consumption.
5.3 Storage
When not in use, store the air pot in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
6. Troubleshooting
