Setup
The VEVOR Air Scrubber is designed for immediate use with no assembly required. Simply unpack the unit and ensure it is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air scrubber from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit.
- Placement: Position the air scrubber in the area where air purification is needed. Ensure adequate clearance around the intake and exhaust vents for optimal airflow.
- Power Connection: Plug the heavy-duty power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet. The unit is ready for operation.
- Daisy-Chaining (Optional): For larger areas, up to three units can be daisy-chained using the auxiliary outlets on the control panel. Connect the power cord of a second unit into an auxiliary outlet of the first, and so on.
Operating Instructions
Operating your VEVOR Air Scrubber is straightforward. Use the control panel to manage its functions.
- Power On/Off: Turn the variable speed dial to the 'On' position to power on the unit. Turn to 'Off' to power down.
- Adjusting Airflow: Rotate the variable speed dial to increase or decrease the airflow (CFM) as needed.
- Hour Meter: The digital hour meter displays the total operating hours, which can be reset using the 'Reset' button.
- Filter Change Indicator: A red indicator light will illuminate when it's time to check or change the HEPA filter.
- Overheat Protection: The unit is equipped with a circuit breaker for overheat protection. If the unit shuts off unexpectedly, check for obstructions and allow it to cool before resetting the breaker.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air scrubber.
Filter Replacement:
The air scrubber utilizes a 3-stage filtration system. Filters should be inspected regularly and replaced when the filter change indicator illuminates or when a noticeable decrease in airflow occurs.
- Pre-filter (MERV-10): This is the first stage and captures larger particles. It should be checked and replaced most frequently, depending on the environment.
- Carbon Filter: The second stage, responsible for odors and VOCs. Replace as needed, especially if odors persist.
- H13 HEPA Filter: The final stage, capturing 99.97% of fine particles. This filter has a longer lifespan but should be replaced when the indicator light signals or when performance degrades.
To replace filters, unlatch the front cover, remove the old filters, and insert new ones in the correct order (HEPA at the bottom, then carbon, then pre-filter). Ensure the cover is securely latched before operating.
Troubleshooting
This section provides solutions to common issues you might encounter with your VEVOR Air Scrubber.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not power on. | No power, tripped circuit breaker, loose connection. | Check power outlet, reset circuit breaker on the unit, ensure power cord is securely plugged in. |
| Reduced airflow. | Clogged filters, obstructed intake/exhaust. | Check and replace filters as needed. Clear any obstructions from vents. |
| Unusual noise during operation. | Loose components, foreign object in fan, unit not level. | Ensure unit is on a stable, level surface. Inspect for loose parts or foreign objects. If noise persists, contact support. |
| Filter change indicator light is on. | Filters are dirty and need replacement. | Replace the appropriate filters (pre-filter, carbon, or HEPA) and reset the hour meter/indicator. |
