2. Product Overview

3. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your New Bee WJ21 Guitar Wireless System:
- Charge the Units: Before first use, fully charge both the transmitter and receiver using the provided USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides over 6 hours of continuous use.
- Connect the Transmitter: Plug the transmitter unit into your instrument's 6.35mm output jack. The plug features a 280° rotation for optimal positioning on various instruments.
- Connect the Receiver: Plug the receiver unit into your amplifier's input jack or other audio equipment.
- Power On: Turn on both the transmitter and receiver units.
- Pairing: For the first connection, press and hold the pairing key on both the transmitter and receiver simultaneously for 3 seconds. The lights will flash, indicating pairing mode. They should automatically connect within approximately 3 seconds. Once connected, the lights will stop flashing and remain solid.
After the initial pairing, the units will automatically reconnect when powered on for subsequent uses.

4. Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Ensure both units are charged and paired.
- Plug the transmitter into your instrument and the receiver into your amplifier.
- Turn on your instrument and amplifier.
- The system operates on a 2.4GHz frequency, providing a stable and high-quality uncompressed signal.
- The effective transmission range is up to 30 meters (approximately 100 feet) in open areas, and up to 15 meters (approximately 50 feet) when facing away from the receiver or with obstacles.
Channel Switching and Multi-Device Use:
The New Bee WJ21 system supports up to 6 sets operating simultaneously in the same environment. It also allows one transmitter to send signals to up to six receivers of the same model.
- To switch channels, briefly press the 'CHANNEL' button on the side of the unit. The indicator lights will show the current channel.
- Ensure all units intended for multi-device use are set to the same channel for proper communication.

5. Charging
The units are equipped with a large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery.
- Use the included Type-C cable to charge both devices simultaneously.
- A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.
- The battery indicator lights provide a clear overview of the remaining power.
- The transmitter consumes more power than the receiver due to simultaneous signal reception and transmission.

7. Troubleshooting
- Connection Issues: If the units fail to connect, try resetting the pairing ID. Refer to the detailed instructions in the user manual for the specific reset procedure.
- Noise/Interference: If you experience noise, especially when using effects, it might be due to different sound quality effects loaded in your effector. Please refer to the tuning video on the product detail page for debugging tips. Ensure the gain settings on your effects pedals are not excessively high, as this can introduce unwanted noise.
- Short Range: Ensure there are no significant physical obstructions between the transmitter and receiver. For optimal range, avoid placing the receiver behind large metal objects or walls.
