2. Package Contents

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of each handset.
2. Insert the supplied AAA battery pack, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Close the battery compartment cover.
4. Place each handset on its respective charger or the base unit to charge for at least 16 hours before first use.

3.2 Base Unit Connection

1. Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the LINE port on the base unit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Making and Receiving Calls

• To Make a Call: Press the TALK button, then dial the number. Alternatively, dial the number first and then press TALK.
• To Receive a Call: When the phone rings, press the TALK button.
• To End a Call: Press the END button or place the handset back on the base unit/charger.

4.2 Digital Answering Machine

• Playing Messages: Press the PLAY/STOP button on the base unit. The display will show the number of new messages.
• Deleting Messages: During message playback, press the DELETE button on the base unit.

4.3 Nuisance Call Blocker
