3. Operation

3.1 Using the Ab Roller

The Amonax Ab Roller is designed to strengthen your core muscles, including abdominals, obliques, and lower back. Always use the provided knee mat for comfort and to protect your knees during exercise.

  1. Starting Position: Kneel on the knee mat with the ab roller directly in front of you. Grip the handles firmly with both hands, ensuring your hands are directly under your shoulders.
  2. Rolling Out: Slowly roll the ab roller forward, extending your body into a straight line. Keep your core engaged and your back straight, avoiding any arching or sagging. Extend as far as you can maintain proper form.
  3. Returning: Engage your core muscles to pull the ab roller back towards your knees, returning to the starting position. Focus on using your abdominal muscles rather than your arms or back.
  4. Breathing: Inhale as you roll out and exhale as you pull back.
