5.1. Charging the Battery

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the DC 5V input port on the CD player.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The battery indicator on the LCD display will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours and provides up to 15 hours of playback.

  1. Slide the OPEN switch to open the CD compartment lid.
  2. Carefully place a CD (CD, CD-R, HDCD, MP3CD) onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
  3. Gently press the CD down until it clicks into place.
  4. Close the CD compartment lid firmly until it latches.
  5. To remove a CD, open the lid and gently lift the CD from the edges.

The player has a last memory function that resumes playback from where it was last stopped. To manually enable or disable this function, long press the PROG button.

  1. In stop mode, press the PROG button. The LCD will show "PROG".
  2. Use the Previous Track (⏮) or Next Track (⏭) buttons to select the desired track.
  3. Press PROG again to confirm the selection and move to the next program slot.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more tracks to your program (up to 20 tracks).
  5. After programming, press the Play/Pause button (▶⏸) to start playing the programmed tracks.
  6. To clear the program, press the Stop button (■) twice.

6.9. Connecting to Car Audio or External Speakers

The MONODEAL MD102-H can be connected to car audio systems or external speakers that have a 3.5mm AUX input.

  1. Ensure both the CD player and the car audio/external speaker are powered off.
  2. Connect one end of the provided 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the headphone jack of the CD player.
  3. Connect the other end of the AUX cable to the AUX input port on your car audio system or external speaker.
  4. Power on both devices and select the AUX input on your car audio/external speaker.
  5. Start playback on the CD player and adjust the volume on both devices as needed.
