2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

4.2 Attaching Incline Feet (Optional)

The treadmill features 3 levels of manual incline. To utilize the incline, attach the provided incline feet to the designated points on the treadmill base. Refer to the diagrams in the tool kit instructions for proper attachment.

4.3 Power Connection

4.4 Initial Belt Adjustment

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

To power on, flip the main power switch located on the treadmill base. The LED display will illuminate. To power off, flip the main power switch to the OFF position.

5.2 Using the Remote Control

The remote control allows you to start, stop, and adjust the speed of the treadmill. Ensure the safety key is in place before starting. Press the START button to begin. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease speed. Press the STOP button to end your workout.

5.3 Speed Adjustment

The treadmill offers a speed range from 0.6 mph (walking) to 6.2 mph (jogging). Adjust the speed gradually using the remote control to find a comfortable pace.

5.4 Safety Key

The safety key is a crucial safety feature. Attach the clip of the safety key to your clothing before starting the treadmill. If the safety key is dislodged, the treadmill will immediately stop, preventing potential injury.

5.5 LED Display

The integrated LED display provides real-time workout metrics, including:

  • Speed: Current walking/jogging speed.
  • Distance: Total distance covered during the session.
  • Time: Duration of the current workout.
  • Calories Burned: Estimated calories expended.

5.7 Using with a Standing Desk

The compact design allows the treadmill to be used under a standing desk. Ensure the desk is stable and provides enough clearance for comfortable movement.

5.8 Handle for Balance (If applicable)

6. Maintenance

6.1 Lubrication

Regular lubrication of the walking belt is essential for optimal performance and longevity. Apply the provided lubricant under the walking belt every 3-6 months, or after approximately 100 hours of use. Refer to the lubricant instructions for specific application details.

6.2 Belt Centering and Tension

If the walking belt shifts to one side or feels loose, it may require adjustment. Use the hex wrench from the tool kit to turn the rear roller adjustment bolts. Turn the bolt on the side the belt is shifting towards clockwise, or the opposite side counter-clockwise, in small increments (quarter turns) until the belt is centered. Do not overtighten.

6.3 Cleaning

Wipe down the treadmill with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the area around the motor clean and free of debris.
