3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials.
  • Place the refrigerator on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight when fully loaded.
  • Ensure at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance around the back and sides for proper air circulation.
  • Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.

3.2 Leveling and Stability

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Initial Startup

  • After plugging in, the unit will begin to cool. Allow several hours for the refrigerator to reach its set temperature before loading products.

4.2 Temperature Control

  • The digital temperature display is located on the front of the unit.
  • Use the control buttons (typically 'Set', 'Up', 'Down') to adjust the desired temperature within the 32-50°F range. Refer to the specific controller instructions for detailed programming.

4.3 LED Lighting Control

  • A separate switch controls the internal LED lighting. Turn it on for product display and off to save energy when not needed.
  • The customizable lightbox at the top may have its own control switch.

4.4 Loading Products

  • Distribute products evenly on the shelves to ensure proper air circulation.
  • Avoid blocking the internal air vents.

4.5 Door Operation

  • The swing doors are designed to be self-closing to minimize cold air loss.
  • Use the electronic lock to secure the contents when the unit is unattended.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Interior

  • Disconnect power before cleaning.
  • Remove all products and shelves.
  • Wipe the interior surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
  • Clean shelves with mild soap and water, rinse, and dry before returning them to the unit.

5.2 Cleaning the Exterior

  • Wipe exterior surfaces, including glass doors, with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.
  • Regularly clean the condenser coils (located at the back/bottom) to ensure efficient operation. Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris.
