  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the inner pot, rice spatula, and measuring cup with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  3. Placement: Place the rice cooker on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
  4. Insert Inner Pot: Place the cleaned inner pot into the main unit.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the rice cooker's power inlet, then into a suitable electrical outlet (220V).
  6. Initial Power-On: After plugging in, wait approximately 7 seconds for the system to initialize. The display will light up.

The TOKIT Rice Cooker features a touch-sensitive lid for starting cooking. After adding ingredients and closing the lid, gently press the center surface of the lid to begin the cooking cycle. The display will show the selected mode and remaining time.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your rice cooker, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
