Setup and Assembly

Before operating, ensure the motor base is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface. The suction cups on the base will help secure it during use.

Assembling the Blender/Grinder/Chopper

1. Choose the appropriate container and blade: Select the 40 oz pitcher, 17oz high cup, 10oz low cup, or 17oz chopper bowl based on your task. Attach the corresponding blade (Cross, Flat, or S-Shaped) securely to the container.
2. Add ingredients: Place your ingredients into the chosen container. Do not overfill beyond the MAX line.
3. Align and secure: Place the assembled container onto the motor base, ensuring the slots align. Push down firmly and rotate clockwise until it locks into place. You should feel a click or a secure fit.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

The appliance features a rotary dial for speed control and pulse function.

Use the Cross Blade for blending. Add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.

• For smoothies and shakes, select Speed 1 or 2 depending on ingredient hardness. Use Pulse for ice crushing.

Grinding (with 10oz Low Cup)

Attach the Flat Blade for grinding dry ingredients like coffee beans, nuts, or spices.
