Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the device. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the battery indicator shows low power. As mentioned, use only standard USB charging sources.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is turned on. Check the battery level and charge if necessary. For 2.4G mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth mode, verify it's paired and connected in your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Connection issues: If using 2.4G, try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port. If using Bluetooth, try unpairing and re-pairing the mouse with your device. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled.
- Lag or erratic movement: Ensure the mouse is on a clean, flat surface. Avoid using it on highly reflective or transparent surfaces. Check for interference from other wireless devices.
- Battery not charging: Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to both the mouse and the power source. Try a different USB port or charging cable. Remember to avoid fast chargers.
