4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Display Configuration (Windows)
For Windows systems, if your PC's USB-C port supports DP Alt Mode 1.4, you can achieve a triple display setup (laptop screen + two external monitors) in Extended Mode.
- Connect your external monitors to the HDMI ports on the docking station.
- Access your display settings on your Windows PC to configure extended desktop mode.

4.2 Display Configuration (macOS)
Due to macOS operating system restrictions, the docking station supports only Mirror (SST) mode for external monitors. Extended (MST) mode is not supported. Both external monitors will display the same content.
- Connect your external monitors to the HDMI ports on the docking station.
- Access your display settings on your macOS device to configure mirrored display mode.

4.3 Data Transfer
Use the USB 3.0 (5Gbps) and USB 2.0 (480Mbps) ports for connecting peripherals such as external hard drives, mice, and keyboards. The USB-C data port also supports 5Gbps data transfer.
4.4 Card Reader Functionality
Insert Micro SD or SD cards into the designated slots for data access. The card reader supports speeds up to 30MB/s.

5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your docking station:
- Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.
- Ensure proper cable management to prevent strain on ports and cables.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 No Display Output
- Ensure your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode). Not all USB-C ports support video output.
- Check all cable connections, especially the USB-C cable connecting the dock to your host device and the HDMI cables to your monitors.
- For macOS users, remember that only mirrored display (SST) is supported for external monitors.
- Try connecting one monitor at a time to isolate the issue.
6.2 Power Delivery Issues
- Verify that your USB-C power adapter is connected to the PD port and is functioning correctly.
- Ensure your power adapter provides sufficient wattage (up to 100W supported by the dock).
6.3 USB Devices Not Recognized
- Reconnect the USB device to a different port on the docking station.
- Ensure the docking station is properly connected to your host device.
- Try connecting the USB device directly to your host device to confirm its functionality.
6.4 General Connectivity Issues (macOS MST Mode)
If you are a macOS user and encounter issues with MST mode (extended display to multiple external monitors), please note that macOS systems do not support MST mode through this docking station. Only mirrored display (SST) is available for external monitors. If you purchased this product expecting MST functionality on macOS, please contact customer service for assistance.
