Setup Guide

The BALILA CM300 system is designed for simple plug-and-play operation, requiring no driver installation.

  1. Connect the Speakerphone:
    • Connect the speakerphone to your computer or mobile device using the provided USB Type-C cable. If your device only has USB-A ports, use the included USB-A adapter.
    • The speakerphone will power on automatically and indicate readiness with a blue light.
  2. Power On Microphones:
    • Ensure each AI microphone is charged. Press the power button on each microphone to turn it on.
    • The microphones will automatically pair with the speakerphone unit. A green indicator light on the microphones signifies a successful connection.
  3. Select as Audio Device:
    • On your computer or conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), select "BALILA CM300" as your audio input (microphone) and audio output (speaker) device.

Operating Instructions

Speakerphone Controls:

  • Power Button: Press to turn on/off the speakerphone.
  • Volume Up/Down: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the speakerphone to adjust the speaker volume.
  • Mute Button: Press the microphone icon button on the speakerphone to mute/unmute all connected microphones. The indicator light will change to red when muted.

Microphone Usage:

  • Clip the individual AI microphones onto your clothing, close to your mouth, for optimal voice pickup.
