Operating Instructions
The Yes4All Adjustable Squat Rack is designed for a variety of exercises. Always ensure the rack is stable and adjusted correctly for your specific exercise and body type.
Adjusting Height and Width
- Height Adjustment: The main barbell holders can be adjusted to 13 different levels, ranging from 36.9 to 60.3 inches. To adjust, remove the safety locking pin, slide the barbell holder to the desired height, and re-insert the pin securely.
- Width Adjustment: The rack's width can be adjusted to 10 levels, from 27.2 to 44.9 inches. Loosen the securing knobs on the crossbar, slide the vertical posts to the desired width, and re-tighten the knobs firmly.
- Spotter Arm Height: The spotter arms have 8 levels of adjustment, from 23 to 36.1 inches. Adjust these to a height that provides safety during your lifts, typically just below your lowest point of movement.

Performing Exercises
- Squats: Adjust the barbell holders to a height slightly below your shoulders. Load the barbell, step under, unrack, perform your squats, and re-rack safely. Ensure spotter arms are set correctly.
- Bench Press: Position a weight bench between the uprights. Adjust the barbell holders to a height that allows you to unrack and re-rack the barbell comfortably from a lying position. Set spotter arms to prevent the bar from crushing you if you fail a lift.
- Dips: Use the integrated dip handles. Ensure they are securely attached and at a comfortable height.
- Overhead Press: Adjust the barbell holders to a height that allows for a safe unrack and re-rack for overhead movements.
