Operating Instructions

Cooking Settings:
- OFF: Turns the appliance off.
- KEEP WARM: Maintains food at a serving temperature after cooking. This setting is not for cooking raw food.
- LOW: Ideal for slow cooking over a longer period, typically 6-8 hours.
- HIGH: Cooks food faster, typically 3-4 hours. This setting is comparable to a conventional oven's low setting.
Cooking Process:
- Prepare your ingredients and place them into the ceramic pot. Do not overfill the pot; leave at least 1 inch of space from the rim.
- Place the lid securely on the ceramic pot.
- Plug the slow cooker into a 120V AC outlet.
- Turn the control dial to your desired setting: LOW or HIGH. The power indicator light will illuminate.
