2. Safety Information
Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury and damage to your components:
- Disconnect the power supply from the wall outlet before installing or removing any components.
- Wear an anti-static wrist strap to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to sensitive electronic components.
- Handle components carefully. Avoid touching circuit boards directly.
- Ensure all cables are properly routed and secured to prevent interference with fans or other moving parts.
- Do not operate the computer case with the side panel removed unless performing maintenance or installation.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all the following items are included in your package:

4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper assembly of your computer system within the Ventum 200 ARGB case.
4.1. Removing Side Panels
To access the interior, unscrew the four thumb screws securing the tempered glass side panel. Carefully remove the panel and set it aside on a soft, flat surface to prevent scratches.

4.2. Motherboard Installation
- Install the I/O shield into the motherboard tray opening from the inside of the case.
- Align your ATX motherboard with the pre-installed standoffs.
- Secure the motherboard using the appropriate screws from the accessory box.
4.3. Power Supply Unit (PSU) Installation
- Slide the PSU into the dedicated compartment at the bottom rear of the case.
- Secure the PSU with screws from the rear of the case.
4.4. Storage Drive Installation
The case supports multiple storage drives. Refer to the accessory box for specific mounting hardware for 2.5" SSDs and 3.5" HDDs.
4.5. Graphics Card and Expansion Card Installation
- Remove the necessary PCIe slot covers from the rear of the case.
- Insert your graphics card or other expansion cards into the motherboard's PCIe slots.
- Secure the cards with screws.

4.6. Cable Management
Utilize the cable routing cutouts and tie-down points behind the motherboard tray to manage cables effectively. This improves airflow and aesthetics.
4.7. Fan and Radiator Installation
The Ventum 200 ARGB supports up to 7 fans. Four Stratus 120 PWM ARGB fans are pre-installed. Additional fan and radiator configurations:
- Front: Up to 3x 120mm or 2x 140mm fans, or up to 360mm radiator.
- Top: Up to 2x 120mm or 2x 140mm fans, or up to 240mm radiator.
- Rear: 1x 120mm fan.

5. Operating the ARGB Lighting
The Ventum 200 ARGB features pre-installed ARGB fans that can be controlled for customized lighting effects.
5.1. ARGB Control
The ARGB lighting can be controlled in two ways:
- Case Controller: Use the dedicated ARGB button on the top I/O panel to cycle through various lighting modes and colors.
- Motherboard Software: Connect the ARGB cable from the case's fan hub to a compatible 3-pin 5V ARGB header on your motherboard. Use your motherboard's RGB software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion) to synchronize and customize lighting effects.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your computer components.
6.1. Dust Filter Cleaning
The Ventum 200 ARGB case is equipped with removable dust filters on the front, top, and bottom. Regularly clean these filters to maintain optimal airflow and prevent dust buildup inside the case.
- Gently pull out the filters.
- Use compressed air or a soft brush to remove accumulated dust.
- Rinse with water if necessary (ensure completely dry before reinstallation).
- Reinstall the filters securely.

6.2. General Cleaning
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of the case. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. For internal cleaning, use compressed air to remove dust from components, ensuring the system is powered off and unplugged.
7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter.
7.1. No Power
- Ensure the PSU is switched on and properly connected to the wall outlet.
- Check all power connections to the motherboard, CPU, and graphics card.
- Verify that the front panel power switch cable is correctly connected to the motherboard's header.
7.2. Fans Not Spinning / ARGB Not Lighting Up
- Check that the fans are properly connected to the fan hub or motherboard headers.
- Ensure the fan hub is receiving power (usually via SATA power connector).
- For ARGB, verify the 3-pin 5V ARGB cable is connected to a compatible motherboard header or that the case's ARGB button is being used.
7.3. Overheating Issues
- Clean all dust filters and internal components.
- Ensure fans are oriented correctly for optimal airflow (intake/exhaust).
- Verify that CPU cooler and GPU fans are functioning properly.
- Improve cable management to reduce airflow obstruction.
