The HCMOBI RS1 is an unlocked 4G mobile phone specifically designed for the elderly, featuring large buttons, a clear display, and essential functions for ease of use. It includes an emergency SOS button, a long-lasting 1000 mAh battery, and supports a 16GB SD card for expanded storage. This manual will guide you through setting up and operating your new phone.

2. Setup Guide
2.1 Inserting SIM Card and SD Card
Before first use, you need to insert your SIM card(s) and optionally an SD card for additional storage.
- Carefully remove the back cover of the phone.
- Insert the SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s) with the gold contacts facing down. This phone supports dual SIM cards.
- If desired, insert a 16GB SD card into the memory card slot.
- Insert the battery into its compartment, ensuring the contacts align.
- Replace the back cover until it clicks into place.
2.2 Charging the Battery
For optimal performance, fully charge the battery before first use.
- Using the Charging Dock: Place the phone into the charging dock, ensuring it sits securely. The charging indicator on the phone will illuminate.
- Using the Type-C Cable: Connect the Type-C USB cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours. The phone offers a standby time of up to 10 days.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Call Functions
- Making a Call: Enter the phone number using the large keypad buttons and press the green call button (☎).
- Answering a Call: When the phone rings, press the green call button (☎) to answer.
- Ending a Call: Press the red end call button (☎) to end a conversation.

3.2 SOS Emergency Button
The dedicated SOS button provides immediate assistance in emergencies. You can pre-set up to 5 emergency contacts.
- Setting SOS Contacts: Navigate to Menu > SOS Settings > SOS Numbers to add or edit emergency contacts.
- Activating SOS: In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button on the back of the phone for 3 seconds.
- The phone will automatically call the pre-set emergency contacts one by one until one answers. It will also send an emergency SMS message to these contacts.

3.3 Speed Dial
The phone supports 8 speed dial numbers for quick access to frequently called contacts.
- Navigate to Contact > Options > Others > Speed Dial.
- Select a number (2-9) and choose Edit.
- Enter the desired phone number and confirm with OK.
- To use, simply long-press the assigned number key (2-9) to dial the contact.

3.4 Other Features
The HCMOBI RS1 comes with several useful features:
- Flashlight: Long-press the "0" button for 2 seconds to turn the high-brightness flashlight on/off. It can illuminate up to 10 meters.
- FM Radio: Access FM radio through the menu to listen to your favorite stations.
- MP3 Player: Play audio files stored on your SD card.
- Calendar: Keep track of dates and appointments.
- Alarm: Set multiple alarms for reminders.
- Bluetooth: Connect to Bluetooth headsets or other devices.
- SMS: Send and receive text messages.
- Calculator: Perform basic calculations.
- Voice Recorder: Record voice memos.

4. Maintenance and Care
- Keep the phone dry. Rain, humidity, and all types of liquids or moisture can contain minerals that will corrode electronic circuits.
- Do not use or store the phone in dusty, dirty areas. Its moving parts and electronic components can be damaged.
- Do not store the phone in high temperatures. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and warp or melt certain plastics.
- Do not store the phone in cold temperatures. When the phone returns to its normal temperature, moisture can form inside the phone and damage electronic circuit boards.
- Do not attempt to open the phone other than to insert the battery, SIM, or SD card.
- Do not drop, knock, or shake the phone. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and fine mechanics.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the phone. Wipe it with a soft, clean, dry cloth.
5. Troubleshooting
