Key Features:

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the hot plate and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Inspect: Check the appliance for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Placement: Place the hot plate on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. Keep it away from walls, curtains, and other flammable materials.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the power outlet matches the voltage requirements (120V AC). Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth to remove any dust or residue from manufacturing.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation:

  1. Power On: Place your desired flat-bottomed cookware on the heating zone. Plug in the hot plate. The LED display will show "ON". Press the ON/OFF button to activate the unit.
  2. Select Mode: Choose from the preset cooking modes: FRY, BARBECUE, SOUP, or POWER. Each mode has a default wattage, which can be adjusted.
  3. Adjust Power/Temperature: Use the rotary knob on the front to adjust the wattage (power level) or temperature. The hot plate offers 12 adjustable power levels (100W-2200W). Turning the knob clockwise increases the setting, counter-clockwise decreases it.
  4. Set Timer: Press the TIMING button and use the rotary knob to set the desired cooking time (1-180 minutes). The unit will automatically shut off once the timer expires.
  5. Power Off: Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the hot plate. The display may show "HOT" until the surface has cooled down.

Cookware Compatibility:

The GRACEALL Infrared Hot Plate is compatible with all types of flat-bottomed cookware, regardless of whether they are magnetic or non-magnetic. This includes stainless steel, glass, enamel, aluminum, cast iron, copper, ceramic, and moka pots.

  3. Clean Base: Wipe the stainless steel base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.

Troubleshooting
