Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic safety precautions:

  • Read all instructions before using this appliance.
  • This appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
  • Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before handling.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Caution: The bucket body indicator light signifies a hot surface. It is unsafe to touch the interior of the device when this light is on.
  • Material Compatibility: Safely heat cotton materials. Do not heat chemical fiber towels, clothing, or any materials that are not heat-resistant. Do not use to dry wet towels or other damp items.

Setup and Initial Use

  1. Unpack the towel warmer and all its components.
  2. Place the towel warmer on a dry, flat, and stable surface in your bathroom or desired location. Ensure it is away from water sources.
  3. Ensure the power cord is easily accessible and not obstructed.
  4. For first-time use, it is recommended to run an empty cycle to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Plug in the unit, press the WORK button, and let it run for 30 minutes.

Operating Instructions

Heating Towels:

  1. Ensure the towel warmer is plugged into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Place dry, cotton towels, bathrobes, or blankets into the warmer bucket. The warmer can accommodate up to two 40" x 70" oversized towels or approximately five medium-sized bath towels. For optimal heating, loosely pile items inside. Tightly rolled or folded towels may take longer to heat thoroughly.
  3. Close the lid securely.
  4. Press the WORK button to start the heating process. The 450W heating element will begin warming the contents.
  5. The built-in timer defaults to 30 minutes upon startup. The indicator light will illuminate once the 30-minute insulation mode is activated.

Setting the Timer:

  • After pressing the WORK button, you can adjust the preservation time using the TIMER button.
  • Press the TIMER button repeatedly to cycle through available times: 0.5 hours, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours.
  • The selected time will be indicated by the corresponding light.
  • The warmer will maintain the warm temperature for the set duration.

Fragrance Function:

  • The warmer includes a slot for an aromatherapy board (not included).
  • Insert your preferred aromatherapy board into the designated slot under the lid to infuse your towels with a pleasant scent during warming.

Automatic Shut-Off:

  • The towel warmer features a triple-layer temperature control mechanism.
  • It will automatically shut off if the internal bucket temperature becomes too high, preventing overheating.

Care and Maintenance

  • Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the warmer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not immerse the warmer in water or any other liquid.
  • The interior of the bucket can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before next use.
  • Store the towel warmer in a dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting
