Setup

1. Powering the Mouse

The Hesitroad M108 mouse comes in two power configurations: built-in rechargeable battery or AA battery powered. Identify your model to proceed.

For Rechargeable Version:

• Locate the Micro USB charging port at the front of the mouse.
• Connect the provided USB charging cable to the mouse and a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
• Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge. A full charge provides approximately 5-15 days of use, or up to 60 days in power-saving mode, depending on usage.
• The mouse can be used while charging.

For AA Battery Powered Version:

• Flip the mouse over.
• Locate the battery compartment cover and slide it open.
• Insert one AA battery (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
• Close the battery compartment cover.

2. Connecting the Mouse

The M108 supports both 2.4GHz wireless (via USB receiver) and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. You can switch between modes using the switch on the bottom of the mouse.

2.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection (Recommended for PC/Laptop)

• Locate the USB receiver stored in the compartment on the bottom of the mouse. Gently pull it out.
• Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer or laptop.
• Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom. Ensure the switch is set to the 2.4GHz mode (usually indicated by a specific icon or position).
• Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. The mouse will be ready for use within a few seconds.

2.2. Bluetooth 5.0 Connection (For compatible devices)

• Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom. Ensure the switch is set to the Bluetooth mode (usually indicated by a specific icon or position).
• On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings.
• Enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
• Select "Hesitroad M108" or a similar name from the list of available devices to pair.

Operating Instructions

Basic Functions:

• Left Click: Primary action, selection. Features a silent click design to minimize noise.
• Right Click: Secondary action, context menus. Also features a silent click design.
• Scroll Wheel: Scroll up/down documents and web pages. The scroll wheel is designed for comfortable use.
• DPI Adjustment: The M108 mouse operates at 1200 DPI, providing precise and responsive cursor control suitable for general use.

Power Saving Mode:

To conserve battery life, the mouse will automatically enter a power-saving sleep mode after a period of inactivity. To wake the mouse, simply move it or click any button.

Maintenance

Cleaning:
