Please read all instructions carefully before using this appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, injury, or property damage.
- DO NOT COVER: Never cover the heater. Covering the heater can cause overheating and fire.
- Tip-Over Protection: The heater is equipped with a safety switch that automatically shuts off the unit if it is accidentally tipped over.
- Overheat Protection: The heater features an automatic overheat protection system that shuts off the unit if parts of the heater become excessively hot.
- Enhanced Safety Plug: The power cord includes an enhanced safety plug designed to prevent electrical hazards.
- Flame-Retardant Materials: Constructed with UL94 V-0 flame-retardant materials for ultimate safety.
- Placement: Always place the heater on a firm, level surface. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front, sides, and rear of the heater.
- Children and Pets: Keep the heater out of reach of children and pets. The child lock feature can prevent unintended operation.
- Power Supply: Ensure the heater is connected to a 120 Volts (AC) power outlet with 12.5 Amps capacity.

3. Product Overview

4. Setup
- Unpack the VCK Portable Heater from its packaging.
- Remove any protective films or cardboard inserts from the unit.
- Place the heater on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there are no obstructions within 3 feet (0.9 m) of the heater's air intake or output.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC outlet. The unit will beep once to indicate it has power.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control
The heater can be operated using the touch controls on the top panel or the included remote control. All functions available on the control panel are also accessible via the remote.

5.2 Power On/Off
- Press the Power button (
) on the control panel or remote to turn the heater ON or OFF. - Upon powering ON, the heater will display the current room temperature.
5.3 Mode Selection
- Press the Mode button (M) to cycle through available heating modes: High, Low, and ECO.
- High Mode: Provides maximum heating power (1500W) for rapid warmth.
- Low Mode: Provides reduced heating power for moderate warmth.
- ECO Mode: Automatically adjusts the heat level to maintain your desired temperature, optimizing energy consumption.
5.4 Temperature Adjustment
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel or remote to set your desired temperature in 1°F increments (range 60°F to 95°F).
- Note: Temperature adjustment is not available in ECO mode as it automatically manages heating.
5.5 Oscillation Function
- Press the Oscillation button (
) to activate or deactivate the 80° wide-angle oscillation feature, distributing heat across a larger area.
5.6 Timer Function
- Press the Timer button (
) to set an automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 12 hours. - Each press increases the timer by one hour. The display will show the set duration.
5.7 Child Lock
- Press and hold the Mode button (M) for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the child lock.
- When activated, the control panel buttons will be disabled to prevent accidental changes.
5.8 Quiet Operation
- The heater operates at a low noise level (less than 35dB), making it suitable for bedrooms, offices, and other quiet environments.
5.9 Remote Control Usage
- Ensure the remote control has working batteries.
- Point the remote directly at the heater's sensor for optimal response.
- All functions on the control panel are replicated on the remote control.

6. Maintenance
- Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Regularly clean the air intake and output grilles with a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and lint.
- Store the heater in a cool, dry place when not in use.
7. Troubleshooting
