Product Overview

Setup
- Install Batteries:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.

- Close the battery compartment cover.

- Initial Placement:

Operation
1. Reading the Display
The large LCD screen displays the current indoor temperature and humidity. The top section shows humidity percentage, and the bottom section shows temperature.
2. Switching Temperature Units (°C/°F)
Press the °C/°F button located on the back of the device to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.
3. Backlight Function
Press the light bulb icon button on the top of the device to activate the backlight. The backlight will illuminate the screen for approximately 10 seconds, making it easier to read in dark environments.

4. Comfort Indicator
The display includes a comfort indicator (a smiley face icon) that visually represents the indoor comfort level based on humidity:
- Dry: Humidity Range < 40%
- Comfort: Humidity Range 40% ~ 70%
- Wet: Humidity Range > 70%

5. Max/Min Records
The device automatically records the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values over time. These values are displayed below the current readings.
- To view the maximum and minimum records for the last 24 hours, the device cycles through them automatically.
- To clear the recorded MAX/MIN values, press the Clear button on the back of the device.
Placement Options
The LICHI LC801 offers flexible placement options:
- Tabletop Placement: Extend the foldable stand on the back of the device to place it on any flat surface, such as a desk, shelf, or nightstand.
- Wall Mounting: Use the hanging loop located on the back of the device to mount it on a wall using a nail or screw (not included).

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
