5. Operating Instructions

Operation Steps:

1. Power On: When the device is off, press and hold the Power On/Off button for 2 seconds to turn it on. The screen will display an H-number, indicating it's powered on and heating up.
2. Basic Setup: When the device is on, briefly press the 'OK' key to view basic settings like shell temperature, power supply voltage, ambient temperature, timed startup/shutdown times, and current gear.
3. Hand Pump Oil: In standby mode, press and hold the Up Key and Down Key simultaneously for 3 seconds to manually pump oil. The oil pump icon will appear. Stop pumping when oil reaches the inlet position to prevent overfilling.
4. Gear/Temperature Switching: When the device is on, press and hold the Settings Key for 2 seconds to display the Celsius temperature. Use the Up Key and Down Key to adjust the temperature.
5. Temperature Unit Switching: Long press the Power button and the Up button for 2 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees. Repeat the operation to switch back.
6. High Altitude Mode: Simultaneously press the Settings Key and OK Key for 2 seconds to enable/disable high altitude mode. A mountain peak icon will appear/disappear.
