Setup

1. Charging the Tablet

Before first use, fully charge the tablet. Connect the provided USB cable to the tablet's Type-C charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

2. Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power Button located on the side of the tablet until the Contixo logo appears on the screen.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button until a power-off menu appears. Select 'Power Off' to shut down the tablet.
  • To Restart: From the power-off menu, select 'Restart'.

3. Initial Setup Wizard

Upon first power-on, the tablet will guide you through an initial setup process:

  1. Language Selection: Choose your preferred language.
  2. Wi-Fi Connection: Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password to connect to the internet.
  3. Google Account: Sign in with an existing Google account or create a new one. This is essential for downloading apps from the Google Play Store and utilizing parental controls.
  4. Date & Time: Set the correct date and time.

4. Inserting a MicroSD Card

The tablet supports MicroSD cards up to 128GB for expanded storage. Locate the MicroSD card slot on the side of the tablet. Gently insert the MicroSD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the tablet is powered off before inserting or removing the card.

Operating the Tablet

1. Navigation Basics

  • Touch: Tap an icon to open an app or select an item.
  • Swipe: Drag your finger across the screen to scroll through pages or content.

3. Downloading Apps from Google Play Store
